2. Sales Oriented - Needs to know how to upsell additional products.
3. Resolve issues pertaining to N/W, OS, H/W, MS Office, IE.
4. Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively.
5. Document & add new issues/solutions to Knowledge Management Repository.
6. Utilize professional techniques to retain & delight customers.
7. Use of soft skills - Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.
8. Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally.
